TEAMS

Team Captains are required to submit a roster with their entry forms, and must list ALL members on team roster. Each member of team MUST submit a separate registration application and be prepared to show proper ID prior to event.  ALL members must sign in at command post prior to participating in their event.  Team fees are listed at the Entry Fee link.  Tee Shirt is NOT included in entry fee for teams.

LAID OFF OFFICERS or FIREFIGHTERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOLEDO 2010 GAMES.

You must complete ALL required information on forms.
 

Be sure to list sport(s)/event(s) in which you wish to participate. List your primary sport and all event(s) within that sport; be sure to include all necessary information. List additional sports in which you wish to participate.  If you wish to participate in more than 8 events, use "Other Information" field to list those events.  Additional fees may apply. 

 

ENTRY FEESBasic fee is $40.00, which includes

the primary event and 2 additional events within that sport (with a few exceptions).

Fee for each addition event within that sport is $5.00 each.

Fee for each additional sport is $10.00. Special fees may apply for some sports.

A concise listing is located at the Entry Fee link, or you may contact event coordinator.

 

Please be sure to submit the proper amount with your registration;
if you don't, you will be notified and your registration will be put on hold
until the total amount is paid in full.

 

(There will be a $20 fee for returned checks)

 


 

A limited quantity of souvenir tee shirts,
hats and golf shirts are available.

If you would like to place your order for any of these items — and pre-pay with registration — fill out the information on the registration form:

NOTE: 5K Muster and MotoCross are handled by coordinators of those events.

 


 

Registration fee MUST accompany the application,
whether registering by mail or online.
All entry forms and fees must be postmarked (or submitted online)
by no later than June 1, 2010.
Late fees will be assessed to any entries past this deadline; late entries are not guaranteed participation.
Only fully-paid entries will be allowed to compete — no exceptions.

 

 
Online registration signifies your agreement to Release of Liability;
this form MUST be signed at Command Center when checking in,
and before you will be allowed to participate in your event.
