*All room reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card (or advanced deposit of one night's room and tax) at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Reservations that are not guaranteed will be canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If cancellation does become necessary by the guest,
please do so by no later than 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a NO SHOW charge to the credid card or loss of deposit.
The credit card number given for guarantee will be authorized 48 hours prior to arrival for the one night's room and tax
for each room the credit card number has been used to guarantee.
The above room rates do not include our current tax of 16.75% (10% occupancy tax and 6.75 sales tax).
